Searching for International Recruitment Agency? |
For few months now I'm searching for an International Recruitment Agency who can help me find a job abroad (ie countries in Europe/Canada and the likes) But as of now i haven't got any. I'm in Dubai and lots of people saying that there is a lot of overseas recruitment agency over here, unfortunately i can't find even one. Can somebody advice me for these one? Many thanks! Manpower and Randstad are both good international recruiters. In addition, look at international companies. There are so many I can't name them all, but a few that come to mind are Fluor, GE, and BAE Systems. Based on my recruiting experience in Europe (I was with US company with European operations), I do not think there are any companies that work across countries. Each agency tends to be country-specific. Therefore, your best bet is to identify the specific country where you want to go, then search out agencies in that country. Also, you should know that many agencies in Euroope tend to specialize in job skills.... Thus, you will need to find the agencies that work the kind of work you do, within those countries.
