I want to get pregnant this coming august? what can you suggest more about getting pregnant?

i'm 29, 2 years married. my husband left last year for his job abroad and will come back sometime this year. i really want to get pregnant this time.

If you're on any kind of BC pill, start getting off it now so that you're menstrual cycle has a chance to get back on track without the pill in your system. Another thing, is start taking prenatal vitamins now also, so that your body is in optimal shape for a pregnancy to take place. If you smoke or drink alcohol or any other habits that you wouldn't do pregnant, start weaning yourself and stopping those now. Try to get familiar with your body and your cycle...try to pinpoint how long your cycles are, without the pill, so you will have a good idea when you're ovulating. Start eating healthy (if you don't already), and tell your husband to quit wearing briefs if he does, and tell him to start wearing boxers. When a man's testicles are too close to his body, and kept too warm, it lowers the sperm count. No one believes me on this one...but you can go ask any fertility doctor and he will ask the husband what type of underwear he wears. And he will be told to keep his "boys" as far away from the body as possible, which is....boxer shorts! Good luck

I would suggest you start charting and using OPKs so that you can know what is going on with your body. Then I would say just relax and let nature take it's course! Good luck!
find out when you are ovaluating and have sex on that day. but be careful becuase if he is not around all the time, think do you want a baby. good luck.
don't use a condom and just relax
Try using one of those things that helps you predict when you're ovulating and do it then to make sure you get the most out of your sexual activity. Or you could do it every day...
If you are on the pill, stop taking it 6 months before you want to concieve AT LEAST.
