Find good paying jobs abroad or stay home?

I was offered work in another country in the same industry as I am now. It has a good Salary package and i can save up more money to provide a better future for my son but i woud be away from my family for years. Or should I stay here instead and keep my job so I can Take care of my son.

Can you take your son with you?

If you can, I would seriously consider the opportunity. Look at what type of support you will get once you are away from home, Will the company pay club membership dues? Are there lots of people from different countries where you are going, or will you be a 'one off'?

I have lived on three continents, and I have the best and the worst of experiences. Your son will benefit most probably learning a different language, and dealing with different types of people and situations. There is much more to the good than the bad in these situations, esp if there is good backup from the company hiring you.

However, I would never leave my child behind. I think you should be a package deal, and that you are a unit that goes as one.

    Yes Faizal, U could get good jobs abroad in the animation industry with companies like Disney etc. But U have to be the best to get selected, and most certainly have to know how to spell better.
