Does study abroad look good on job applications, after college? Yes it does. Some employers, for certain jobs, want you to have some international experience. Others prefer it. Still others just think it's cool, and it gives them a reason to pick you out of the crowd. It certainly doesn't hurt. Absolutely! It shows that you can live outside of your comfort zone and have experienced other cultures. You can also spin it to highlight your independance, ability to speak another language, etc. You'll also have plenty of hilarious stories and experiences. |
