Accept the job.
Presumably you told them you were still at college/uni?
if you have, they have offered you the job on condition you graduate.

well I think u should make sure that they know u haven't finished yet. If they're ok with it and still want u to be employed , go for it!
if this is abroad they need to pay for your travel ticket and everything!
