Help finding International Employment LATIN AMERICA?

I am graduating college with a degree in International Business and I need to find a legitimate job abroad, even if it is for a US company I just need to showcase my skills and work in a fun and intelligent environment. Any suggestions?

You'll probably need to work in the US first in the International department. Most companies abroad are not willing to go through the process to legalize you unless you already have specific skills and local language ability.
