Is it good that illegal aliens work at the low paying jobs that the rest of us americans don't want to do? |
I don't, because I figure that that would be one more job opening for a US citizen that needs a job just to survive. Do you have a different opinon? I've done many jobs alongside illegal immigrants that I am sure that I'd have been paid more for if they weren't there. That's where I started. Might I add that I am now very well off now. There is less unemployment now than ever before in history, so anyone who really wants work can find it. Wyoming, in particular, is desperately short of people. lots of people have to start at a low paying job to get experince. if the mexicans are there how do you get experice to get a better job? It is good. This world is all about specialisation. If you want to be successgul in life you must specialise. That means getting an education and improveing yourself to get a better job. The low paid immigrants also help to offset some of the inflation that the government encourages through economic interference. There is a market among the immigrants to provide low cost houseing, food and entertainment. The only problem with illegal immigration is with the welfare system in this country. Because we live in a welfare state it encourages people not to work because they can make more money not working then working. Illegal immigrant sometimes take advantage of the system. The problem isn't the illegals it is the welfare state. |
