What are the most heavily outsourced jobs in the US?

Call centers...

IBM, Dell and many other companies have started outsourcing to India and Mexico, however, India is the bigger market.

The cost is a lot less in India or Mexico. They do not have the smae employment laws as U.S. and Canada, therefore, the employer is required to pay a lot less for its employee.

Per example, they do not need to provide insurance, no pention plan, the taxes are different and the wages are a LOT different. They really end up saving a lot. On the other hand, while they give jobs to people living in other countries, people in their own country are on welfaire (some choose to, some don't) or are unable to find a job.

But, busienss is business, right?
