What jobs are there with a shortage of US workers? |
I live in the UK and i want to move to the US on a work visa. Im looking for a job that there is a shortage of in America. Anything paying min wage.... seriously. What do you think the fuss over the illegals is about, they work the jobs we dont want. Next i would say in the college sytem, ALL my professors are not american. Actually anything in the public school system, they need teachers. Anything in the health field!! They want RNs/Lpns (Nurses) especially!! http://stats.bls.gov/emp/home.htm#outloo... Police, soldiers, healthcare workers, railroad workers, truckers, teachers and seaport workers are some places with worker shortages. Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.
