What would be the morale be due to outsourcing of jobs in the us? Not very good? If you are asking about what we think about outsourcing, I would say that I don't really care for it at all. Call customer service sometime and get some clown that can't even understand what you are talking about, gives you a bunch of BS, and doesn't solve anything. Our jobs are being stripped away from us, I don't know how many factories and plants have gone out of business from outsourcing. Then to top all that off people have lost their jobs, their way of life, and their dignity as a result. I think outsourcing sucks.
