Why couldn't the US government influence the Mexican Government in producing new jobs?

I know its easier said than done but why can't the Mexican government creat new jobs through trade,infrastructure,governmen... business loans,Incentives for more industry to set up in Mexico.Education to train for more high tech jobs.Agriculture incentives etc.etc,

Legally, the US Government cannot interfere with another country's economy. It would also be extremely rude to go around telling other governments how to run their countries.
The reason that the Mexican government can't really create jobs for the economy is because their government is corrupt. Their government isn't really interested in what's good for the people, it's interested in what's good for itself. Also, most of Mexico's population is below the poverty line. You also have to take into account the fact that about 85% of the capital is controlled by 4% of the population, so it is basically a third world country. In order gain capital, you have to have capital. what they need to do is restructure their economy so that Growth can happen, and the way to begin this process is to set up a school system where their children can begin to be competitive with other countries.

because they are a corrupt nation.and the us know this it more to it than what the us government will say it big business on both side the rich get cheap labor and the drug dealers get their drugs.
they don't want to ! it's easier to yell at us and shove illegals over here that all send money back to mexico. do you know that US Citizens can't even get a regular joe job in their country at all ? that's their law !
Whatever the mexican gov't wants to do with their country is their business. I could care less. I do care about the problem we have with the mexicans crossing our borders. Enough!

I have been hearing recently that a huge part of Mexico's economic problems is that there are monopolies on many of their serice and manufacturing sectors. This doesn't allow for development and job creation. I don't know if we could influence them or not. Also, they do have high technology and all, again, it's the monopolies....

First, the Mexican government must get over the idea that the 5th largest source of income into the country is people sending money back home.

Then, they must improve the infrastructure.

The third step is to crack down on corruption. This is the most difficult part.

The forth step is to increase the security along their southern border.
