Where in the US can I reside where there's jobs and a low cost of living? - I currently live in NYC metro area |
I would seek a position in either or Accounts Receivable/Payable/Collections... Fort Worth, Texas.....It has the lowest cost of living with the highest salary ratios in the country. A 3000 square foot home in California costing $600,000 can be purchased in Fort Worth for less than $250.000. In addition, Texas does not have state income tax as most other states do. You will bring home more money in Texas than in most other states. NYC and California are two of the most expensive places to live in the U.S. Fort Worth is growing rapidly and there are plenty of opportunities for a variety of careers. Good luck and live well! Ton's of jobs for what your looking for and the real estate market has leveled off so you can get into some fantastic homes!!
