Do healthcare jobs in Canada pay equivalent salaries to those in the US?

Specifically Nuclear Medicine Tech鈥檚. I'm in college for the occupation right now; and was wondering if I ever wanted to move, if id have good prospects.

Canada's health care system is run by the government, therefore less money. You're better off staying in the States where it is privatized.
