due to racial quotas? duh WHAT DO YOU MEAN IN THE FUTURE, IT'S HAPPENING NOW Try getting a job in Miami without speaking Spanish. racism is just not profitable. In general, businesses will hire the best guy for the least amount (regardless of race or sex). Since white people are used to earning more but don't really have any more skills than the rest of the world (bad education system) then I guess they will find it a little harder overall. But, thats capitalism. in my opinion they already do. Yes, up to a point. Quotas can give white males a certain backward advantage, however. Once the quotas are satisfied, many firms will deliberately fill the remaining positions with white males, not out of preference, but because you can fire a white male without worrying that there will be an EEOC complaint. What do you mean in the future!? It is hard for white males to find a job now. I have been told several times in the last 10 years "You can't apply unless you're Black or Mexican." |
