I have a job of US$8,000 p/a. (from Pakistan) I have been admitted 2 the best business school here. what 2 do? |
It is a full time MBA program. Will have to leave the job for MBA. I am 28 years old. My boss is promising a recommendation of promotion that would raise per annum salary from US$8000 to apprx. US$13000. Chances of the raise are 50% $8000 US is pocket change & the raise he's promising you isn't certain, you said yourself it's only about 50% that you'll get the raise. Go get your MBA. I've got a job making $27,500 & have no college degree. Stick with school. Source(s): Life experience Go to business school. That is where the future is. Think of this long term. With another degree under your belt you will be much better off. i think if u really want to do the MBA...then go for it. u might not get the chance to study once u get busy in earning and supporting ur family. u might find another job which allows u to studay as well. good luck. The ground realities are known to you better than anyone else.My advice is "go to M.B.A. because after M.B.A. you can certainly earn more than the equivalent of US $8000/annum". dont get gready go to buisness school the more schooling the more money. |
