Who is the most trusted agent who is capable of getting a good, well paid job & US greencard for indian nurses There are a couple of people who go on this board who actually seem to know this level of detail of our laws. Mostly, though, people here don't. I would either go to the immigration web page, or, in this instance, I would go to the employment (human resources) people at a hospital where you would like to work. They won't do all of the work for you, but they should be able to tell you who does that work, and if they want you, could sponsor you. Go to the hospital web page and click on the 'careers' or 'employment' link. There is usually an individual email address you can send questions to, like the one you posted here. It is a good idea to stick with reputable people, but I don't know who they are in this category, and the hospital will. India Indian or reservation Indian? Me.. however, I can only marry one at a time.. :) |
