How can I get a job in the US, I am not resident nor citizen, 46 years old military retired, english speaker?

Willing to find a job in the US, I am getting desperate to depart for the US and the problem it's that I only have a tourist visa, can somebody try to get a job for me, I am english speaker, at my age of 47 I can perform administrative duties, thanks, I need to find a job at once.

You must be in a an occupation that is needed in this country. If you want to teach Spanish you will need a 4 yr degree and teachers credentials. If you are a famous actor, engineer, doctor, nurse..... you can apply for a work permit and get one. Otherwise do as the other 12 million have done and just cross the border and get a job building houses..... Its illegal but done everyday.
