How do I get a job in the US?

Hi everyone!
I'm 21 year old male from Ukraine, doing my last year at the university, majoring in economics. Recently I began to wonder whether it's possible for me to get a job in the US. What are the procedures I have to go through and the requirements I have to meet.
Maybe there's someone like me who succeeded? Please share your experience.

People in the US can't find jobs. They all went offshore. Try India.

theres simply no more room here in the states we are being plaqued with immigrants. look for some where else how about france i heard they are really great people. not stuck up like us.
