The Impact of Outsourcing on the US job market?

Hundreds of thousands of skilled americans looking for a new line of work.
In the 90's, if you said you were going into computers, they said "Hey, that's a hot market!".
Not anymore. Those jobs are shipped to lower cost countries with english speaking skills.

Less jobs for the citizens of the United States, and more jobs and opportunity for those in the 3rd world country.
The immediate impact is obvious, jobs in certain industries will decline within the US. However, studies have shown that 90% of companies that outsource bring the work back to the US after about 3 years. This is due to the fact that the quality of work turns out much lower. You get what you pay for.
