You have to first find a job with an employer......... But why don't you just apply for the Diversity Green Card Lottery.

Judging from your name, I'm guessing you're from India (or basically, anywhere outside of the states), and they don't tend to bring international people into the states unless you're a doctor, politican, etc..someone pretty high up there.
