How to get job in US or UK in Information Technology Feild??

I am B.E. Computer Engineer with 1.5 yrs experience.

1) Try going through an international placement consultantcy firm.
2) Work at a local big company with branches in the states or UK, after awhile ask for relocation to the desire location.
3) check out job posting web sites. Especially for USA, there are tons of them.
