That has traditionally been the case, especially during the past few decades. *sm*

As for increasing the national debt, for sure, with their endless wars and unwillingness to require those who could pay for the wars to pay for them.
And as for jobs, watch how they spin it in a tricky way: if you see "more jobs created" they'll be crappy part-time/no benefits jobs instead of decent full-time jobs that people can live on.
What's good for Wall Street isn't always good for Main Street, and certain industries like big oil is all they care about.

Neither party can stop a company from moving their manufacturing or technical jobs to another country. I don't know people can be so naive that they believe that the government can dictate to companies. The real reason that companies are outsourcing their jobs is due to the cost of labor. The democrats are hurting the American work force by imposing minimum wage standards. The minimum wage actually eliminates jobs by requiring employers to pay a higher hourly wage than what it is worth to the employer.
