If Obama and Romney are the candidates in the election, which one is more likely to keep jobs in the US?

RitchWilliams - I don't give a damn about people overseas, I only care about Americans. Too bad Romney doesn't.

Neither one Big Business will not allow them to, the only way it would happen is if tariffs were put into place that would level the wage limits.

Obama, i think.

Romney. He's an experienced businessman. Obama is not.

For who, illegals? Obama might keep the jobs here, but they would be for illegals since he would leave the border open and not enforce the law.

Owning a business, is about making money, if the government keeps passing ridiculous laws on corporations, then it is in their best interest to take their company where ever they can make money.

Neither one since they do not own any businesses and have no say where a business has it's plants.

Both will work for and represent the new world order

Who cares? It seems you haven't noticed, but the unemployment rate is at or near record lows and has been for an incredibly long time. (In fact, we're beyond full employment. In Virginia, the unemployment rate is around 3.5% and yet the governor recently said that 6% have significant mental health issues. You do the math.) The incredible thing about the U.S. economy is that it can not only fuel the job market here in the United States, but creates millions and millions of jobs overseas. That's very, very cool.

I can understand your wanting to make sure that Americans have jobs and are able to provide for their families, but we are and do, so why do you seem so intent on taking jobs from people over seas so that they can't make a living or provide for their families. That's awfully unprogressive of you.

Obama- The con like to award tax breaks to companies that outsource jobs to other countries.

Obama without a doubt.

Romney made his fortune by taking over companies and downsizing them. The major way they were downsized was to outsource their workforces.

Bush kept his pro oil orientation, so it think it's reasonable to expect that President Romney would actually favor the export of American jobs.

Since Romney made his millions by liquidating companies and putting workers on the street, I'd have to say Obama.

Romney. He is in favor of lower taxes, not increasing the minimum wage, and keeping unions under control.

Obama will raise taxes, raise the minimum wage, and let unions force higher wages.

Why in the world would any business hire an American for $20 an hour when they can hire a foreigner for $5 an hour?

Why is it so hard for people to figure out that artificially high wages cause lost jobs? It doesn't take an economics professor to figure this stuff out, just basic math skills.
