In H1 Visa, don't have job yet. wht is time period to find job after reach US? |

You would have to have a job offer before you can get a H-1B visa. You don't get to "find" a job in the U.S. before the company petition for your visa. 1 hour What you said was confusing. In order to obtain H1B, you need to get a job first and have the employer sponsor you. If you somehow get laid off, your H1B will no longer be valid. Once you find a new job, your new employer will need to petition you another H1B with their name as the employer name. So if you are under H1B and not working for your sponsor company, you may be an illegal now. |
