Help, I want to look for a job in US, but I'm foreigner?

I don't have any sponsor and enough money to go to US. I want to be a legal imigrant. I have family and I want to bring them to US. Can you help me, please ?

You have to come through the process. Many made it here with nothing but the shirt on their backs. You come in illegally, it will not bode well for you. Americans have had it with the illegals, but legally we will welcome you with open arms and will help you all we can to be the success that you current country will not let you be.

The only thing I can suggest is to get a job with a multi-national company and hope they transfer you to the U.S. office. Other than that, if you have no relatives in the U.S. to sponsor you your chances of legally immigrating are virtually none.

I need a gardener, can you do that?

There are 3 ways you can come here legally.

1. Apply for a job with a company who can sponsor H1 visa or L1 visa to work in US.
2. Apply for student visa and try to get sponsor ship from the university to study.
3. Marry a US citizen who is travelling in your country.

Well there are other ways but not very common like getting O1 visa if you are too good in your field or asking any US citizen to adopt you or getting a travel visa and ask for job once you are in US or getting sports visa if you are good in sports.
