If you graduated after January 2003, a minimum of a 5 year degree is needed. The standard Indian B.S. Pharm is not acceptable for those who graduated after January 2003.
First, if you have an acceptable degree, you'll have to take the FPGEE and TOEFL exams. If you pass, they you'll have to intern for certain number of hours. Once those hours are achieved, you can then take the NaPLEX and MPJE. Pass those, and you can work as a U.S. pharmacist. You'll have to look up your state board of pharmacy for specific requirements.
