Job vs boss?

i love my job,but my boss is a very angry man. he scolds us every time. i'm afraid of asking something or doing a mistake. what can i do? look for another job even this is the best one for me or just ignore him? i feel unhappy:(

Oh..talk to him ok? If you feel uncomfortable at work because of this, it's an issue and you have the right to be heard.

If he's really abusive, maybe report him. If he's screaming at you 24/7, that's not allowed. You can't treat people that way and he needs to know that.

Do you have friends or acquaintences at work that agree with you? Maybe it would be less scary to talk to him in a group. Plus if he really sees that it's affecting a lot of people, he might realize he's the common denominator in this problem and at least try to make a change.

He might honestly not realize he's doing this. Some people are just impatient and snappy by nature. If that's so, you can at least feel better knowing it's probably not personal. He's probably like this with everyone. He might respect you a lot and knows he can push you because you're so good at your job. He probably does actually appreciate you :)

You may have to just put up with him until you are secure enough in your job, and with him as a person to ask him to please speak to you less critically.

In this case trying to talk him out of it won't help.

So if you can't stand him any more quit. It's better to work in a more stable psychological environment. Unless you can do your job and don't mind whatever he says or does.

That's what I would do.

If he is telling you that you are doing something wrong....correct it. However if he is Harassing you there are laws against that....Now....most of the time....bosses have a boss....go to them and let them know the situation. Retaliation because of alleged harassment is also Illegal..

If you boss has no boss....there are other ways to handle that too....You and your coworkers are there to help him out....if you and your coworkers all decide that you are tired of his crap....and you slow down productivity until he starts treating your better...then he will have 2 choices....either fire all of you and do all the work himself....or give in to your demands....Blackmail is fun.

You will never be happy at a job that prevents you from it. The job might be great, but you will dislike it because of this boss. If he is being unjustly harsh it is your right to see his supervisor or the employee complaint department. You may have to take another job, but you will be a lot happier.

Analyze and evaluate the situation. Be honest with yourself. Are you working below par or is your boss unfair? If he is the latter, there is no reason why you should continue working for that business. Fire him, you are just wasting your time.
There are many jobs out there that pay well.

A good boss will always try to develop good people without being rude and dictatorial. Conversely, if you don't have the potential a good boss will terminate your services

Girl let tell you, you find you another job, give your boss your two weeks notice and get out of there! Think about it, if your unhappy then leave girl, because I feel like this, if I can find a job that's better than this one, and it pays more, and I like it, then I'm not going to stay here because when I leave, this business is still going to run without me anyway. So it's like your were being used anyway. But at the same time, if your not the CEO, or the founder of your own company, then your still getting used, That's why I want to be my own boss, and have people working for me. I'm a nice person and fun to be around, so no one that works for me will be unhappy.

Very angry man ? He sculds you every time .
Boss could be right , but sometimes could be only a psycho .
I ask you to ask about his past : is he always like that or just question of time ??
If he lives like that all the time ; it means you will live hard times all your life .
Find a job & don't care about wages . Health is the most important thing in life !
