You are asking the wrong people. you need to go to a jewellers and ask if they have any vacanies or training opportunities.

nah not that i know of but i think ppl in textiles do that stuff too with beads etc so maybe u cud make them and sell them on ebay or a stall in local market.

You need to contact the companies that supply the High St shops if you want to get into costume/fashion jewellery and be prepared to work for very little money for the first year. You should be able to find most of these on the intenet, they are mainly based in London but there are a few up north.
