I don't have any certifications yet. But I can prove my abilities in practical / by implementing what you want. My dream is to get Job in USA / UK as these are the most developed and matured countries in the World.
I'm not an expert in the area, but I'd say besides certifications you may just want to get as much good experience as you can where you currently are. That way, you can impress potential employers with your resume. To find a position with an US/UK company, I think you could probably look up the websites of major corporations for current job opportunities. They're more likely to hire internationally.
