Want to stay with my wife in UK? |
Am married to an italian,who got a job in uk,am non-EU but staying in italy(have a permit stay in italy)l got a visiters visa&came to visit her in uk and want to stay but l dont know where to get papers permiting to stay in UK legally.please advise Go to the british Embassy or go to the Citizens Advice they will tell you your legal rights.Good luck no already overcrowded ...dont bother.....read fivetoze report..further down You must be unemployed and be prepared to claim lots of benefits before being allowed to stay here unconditionally forever, or you could just become and asylum seeker with a period of time to stay and they'll forget you're here anyway, then get a fake birth cert - which is easy and you'll be fine. If you have permanent leave to remain in Italy then you should be able to come over for 6 months at a time as long as you don't work or claim social security benefits. You will need to go back to Italy and then return to the UK, but that's the only restriction, I think. The Home Office. You will have to prove that your wife can support you or you already have a job. If your wife earns little money then they will refuse you a permit. Once you apply and you get turned down then you will have difficulty even coming here on holiday as you could just happen to go missing like 70% on visitors visa's do. Log on to the British Embassy website or contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or maybe a solicitor who deals with immigration issues,, he will be aware of your legal rights. i dont want to stay with your wife, i didnt think this was that sort of site... and were full up...the doors are closing and were digging moats, filling them with chavs and their dogs. if our border patrols catch you, youl be given the opportunity to appear on who wants to be a refugee... the set is on an old disused target range and minefield site... you get across, youre in... once your in, we'll give you the keys to paradise, where economic migrants can groom our innocent children for illicit sex, and sell drugs and guns to the burgeoning underclass of unemployed youth. queue up at dover and ask the guy who opens the flap on the back of the articulated lorry youre hiding in... |
