How i can find HR job in UK or US with only one year of HR experience?
I started working in HR by temping in HR departments for various firms in my area. If this is not an option for you, then I would suggest you find a recruitment firm that specializes in recruiting and placing HR professionals. I found my first "real" HR job this way. There are firms around that recruit HR folks at all levels of the profession. Good luck!
If you don't know where you want to live (in the US), that will be very hard. You can always try www.monster.com, but if you have benefits experience, there is also www.benefitslink.com. If you are not a US citizen, you'll have to do even more work to be able to get a job here. If you do know where you want to live, then search for an online edition of the local newspaper. For example, if you want to live in Orlando, search for "Orlando Newspaper" using google, Ask, or some other search engine.
