I work in advertising, I would like to find a job in Uk, can yo tell me what to do to applicate?

First of all, you don't applicate - you APPLY !

Second - look on google.co.uk - type in ADVERTISING VACANCIES and start checking the results.

Third, be patient.

You could get in touch with lots of the advertising agencies and see if there looking for staff at the moment, you should be able to find lists of them for every town and city in the UK, try a google search and good luck.
I guess it's safe to assume you're not in the UK at the moment ....
if that's the case then, as others have suggested - look at employment websites for the uk, then specifically look up advertising. You could also put your cv on Monster.com or you could look up a jobcentre's website in the area you would like to go to or know you would be in and look at their online advertising boards.
However I would suggest that if you're not in the uk then maybe if you could set yourself up with friends, get a work permit/visa (if you need one) and do some personal jobhunting through the newspapers, local jobcentres, or cv cold calling advertising companies - when you get here, then you might have more chance of a job.
