Guys, does anyone know of anyone who've managed to continue their medical study in the UK from abroad (outside EEA)? I'm currently based in Australia. And my husband is has a permanent job in the UK. I've been trying the UCAS by they never let me in! My husband have been living so far away from each other since 3 years ago. And I still have at least 2 years before I finish my MBBS. I'd just like to know if someone knows of anyone who've been in a similar situation and how they've handled it... It's getting more and more stressful for us emotionally as well as massive cost involved in traveling back and forth many times in the year. Please help!
I am Italian (with a EEA passport) and I live in London with my Australian wife...she can stay as long as I am here...so you should have no problem since your husband lives in the UK!! Yes - no problem - come to Scotland - the land of Free Education... my cousin came over from Canada - to become a Vet... because her Dad (my Uncle) was born in Scotland - she was treated as Scottish... Check it out ..& Good Luck..
