stuff like babysitting is the best bet for someone without a permit

I don't know te legal limit over there, but in the US, it is 14.

But i'd say your only limited to food [I.E. Subway, Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King ECT.]

they also can work in malls.
work in offices, that what i have done when i was a 12 year old boy, i received about 1500 dirham.

one dollar = 3.6 dirham.
