No You can't. A tourist visa is exactly what it says a visa for a tourist whilst on holiday.

No, a tourist visa is for doing tourist things. You can't work.

But just do what everybody else does and work anyway. We let anybody in, and they can all work tax free and receive benefits, too, plus free accommodation and health care!

A few harsh answers may I say.Please come along,we have plenty of space,and despite what they say,there is plenty of housing providing you can prove you need it for lots more to join you.,otherwise you only get a village setting 3 bed bungalow. Before you set off,get the locations of all job centres in the area you would like to be a resident tourist in,and on arrival,get yourself a 拢100 an hour interpreter as with one of these your guaranteed anything you want.These people will put you in touch with all the social clubs and pubs,as these are the places where the local [ cough ] authorities dont bother you,as there to busy with smokers and child littering louts.So what are you waiting for,dont leave it to long or you will miss the winter payments.Good luck,i doubt you will need it,its so easy even drummer can do it
