How did you get a job offer in UK using HSMP? |
From what I hear, most employers don't give job offer over the phone, and require you to be holding HSMP permit and also staying in UK (with a driver's licence. shi!t). It sounds too daring to me to travel to UK and stay there lookin for a job. Can someone encourage me how you did it? Did you resign your regular job in your home country before you went looking for work in UK? Or did you go on some leave? go home The scheme is intended to bring into the UK those with important skills which we lack here. Not all of these require you to drive. It depends on what your specialist skills are. |
