Basically, no company is going to give you a work permit. In order to sponsor someone, an employer needs to prove that no-one in the entire EU can do that job. I don't know how many people there are in the EU, but it's a lot. In the few instances where people do get sponsored, it's because they've already worked for the employer for a period of time (e.g. on a Working Holiday Visa) and have proven themselves.

You've got two options. Firstly, look at applying to multinational companies that have offices in your home country. Usually, once you've been there a year, you are then eligible to apply for other vacancies internally. So you can apply to positions in the UK, and your employer will take care of the legal side of things (plus you'll probably get financial help with relocation).

Secondly, look into programmes/schemes which might enable you to come here. For example, you might find that you qualify for the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme. Do some online research initially, and the contact the British Embassy in your country for further information. Also, it's sometimes possible to come here for a short period after graduating - I assume you're not a new graduate, but if you're that desperate it could even be worth going back to school.
