What should be ideal answer in an interview ,Which country is better UK or USA?

I am an Indian ,seeking job in UK, with some experience of USA ,in one of my recent interview I really faced problem in answering this Question , "Which country is better UK or USA ?"

I would say that neither one is "better;" each has its own strengths and weaknesses. If pressed for an answer, then since you're looking for a job in the UK, I'd say that the UK was better for YOU :-)

Good luck!

UK is tiny, USA is big and powerful, USA USA USA USA USA

Say something like "There are wonderful things about both countries. Each has its own unique culture, and I admire both. Americans are so casual. British people are more formal. I see something exciting in each -- though they're so different.

But, to be honest, I'm really excited about being here, because I've already spent a significant amount of time in the U.S."

It's a trick question -- don't worry if you blew it.

I think you should say : Both countries are good. But it depends on what kind opportunity that is given to me. There are advantageous and disadvantageous of staying in both countries like..... but if I was given a choice, I would choose... because...

Usually the interviewee will not bother on which country you would choose. They usually just want to see how well you defend your statement & opinion. As long as your answer make sense to them, you would not be penalized.

Good Luck!

uk is better with many job opportunites, but it is very expensive... usa is good too but with less pay l believe
