If I change job during work permit period (UK), Do I need apply visa again ?

I am holding 5 years work permit and 5 years entry clearance in UK. If I change job, do I need to change my VISA?

depends on what type of visa you are on.

if your company sponsored you to get the visa, then yes you need to reapply

if you are there on ancestry, then no you a fine with changing jobs.

If you change your employer your new employer would need to make an application to transfer your Work Permit to the new company. Once approved you would need to apply for Further Leave to Remain whilst remaining in the UK. Your new Work Permit would then be stamped into your passport.
