How come Palestinians living in Lebanon considered refugees for the past several decades?

Even the ones who were born there?

Why is this happening?

Why does Hizbollah's armed wing exist? Even after Lebanon was stable? Shouldn't border disputes with Israel be the job of the Lebanese army?

Lebanon will not risk the politically dangerous act of granting its community of Palestinian refugees citizenship, due to well-founded fears that this might provoke a hostile response from Lebanon's Christian population that attacked and fought the Palestinian refugee population relentlessly during the Civil War. Being the proxies of Israel, this is a faction in Lebanese politics that will aways remain in ferocious opposition to the Palestinians.

To answer your second question, the Lebanese army is far too weak to adequately guard its country's borders in the event of attempted invasion by Israel, thus leaving this vitally important task to the only force in the country capable of defeating an Israeli offensive.

I guess it's because no one in the M.E. wants them. Yes, they should leave Lebanon alone if they really want peace, but they don't.

Palestinians were forced to leave their country , they are now taking refuge in many countries , and they are facing many hardships there , after-all those are not their own countries ,
