My major is Mangement Information System, I have 3 years experience as a System Analyst and Programmer....

and if you know someone in those countries, ask them to email or fax you the JOB ADD section of the local news paper.
Make sure you have the necessary documentation to work in those countries. (some countries requires residency status or work permit to be gainfully employed)
