Work in the farm?

Hi All,

I would like to work in the farm in Switzerland. Is there any way that I can find the job?

Holly

That's quite a difficult issue. Either you have a passport/nationality of a EU-15 member country or you plan a stay for educational reasons (learn how Swiss farmers work) - otherwise you don't really have a chance to get any kind of working permit!

The first link gives you information on residential and working permits - the second is the Swiss farmer's association - perhaps they will help. E-Mail: info@sbv-usp.ch Source(s): http://www.bfm.admin.ch

go to the farmers and ask if you could be a hired hand. soon someone will say sure, plus watch your papers
personal experience
Pinpoint a town; write the local paper or the chamber of commerce, requesting info.
