In Switzerland, is it true you don't need to have a job offer before applying for a working visa?

I'm from a non-EU country. Is it true that in Switzerland you don't need to have a job offer before applying for a working visa? I mean, is it somewhere that you can enter and find a job once you arrive there?

That is the biggest joke ever.

Or maybe if you have a post-doc from one of the best universities, perhaps...

.

No by no way you can just enter Switzerland and then
apply for a job. Switzerland is very strict. They have to
be because it is a tiny country. If this was so then you
would have more population in Switzerland then in China
or in India(based on area)

As a matter of fact if you were a non-European you would
even have problems to apply for a tourist visa to enter
Switzerland in the first place.

who care's!!!!!!!!!!!!
