My mum is french and my dad is german, i was born in the US and i grew up in northern ireland....what am i? |
to make it even more complicated, people in northern ireland can choose to be either british or irish (all that political rubbish). some of my friends are irish and some are britsh you see...but if i had to choose one out of the two, i'll be british... yeah....my dad has a weird job... the down side is that i'm very confused on what i 'technically' am but the up side is i get to speak 3 languages :] Heinz 57 (smiling) you are 100% american! You are French and German. I would consider you French. why do u care what you are as long as your happy that's all that should to u matter.that's dumb don't worry about what you are .you are u and that's that None can say what you are except yourself. For the purposes of filling forms, you must go with legal documentation like a passport or national i.d. If you consider yourself and American, you get to tell everyone you know that you are 50% French, 50% German, that you were born in the States and grew up in Northern Ireland. In America everyone knows every minute detail of their ancestry. I, for one, am 12% Spanish, 12% Swiss, etc etc etc. If I were you, I would go with British. u r who u want to be and with that family connection very special wow think of the languages you can speak enjoy your life as you have it you are very special and noone an take that away from u |
