What is that 12 months contract?


I'm french and I have just found a job in Ireland but I signed only a 3 month contract. And the owners only do some 12 month contract. So if the company is not happy with me after 3 month what do I do?

you go out and get another job....i could add another thousand words ..but ..the answer would be the same
most companies have a 3 month trial period, if it does not work out you might need to go back home
