Dating Advice Required?

Im a kind caring confident loving reasonable looking guy from northern ireland. I have a good job a nice car and im happy in life. The one problem I have is dating girls. Its nothing to do with self confidence as I chat to anyone and have loads of female friends. The problems always arise whenever I go to ask them out or find out if they fancy me or not. The last half dozen that I have asked have had the lets be friends approach which is fine but I would like some love in my life. I come across as being very happy single but inside deep down I would like somebody special in my life. Where am I going wrong? Its the biggest mystery in my life and one which I would like to crack

I know it's a cliche but love will come when you least expect it. I went from one relationship to the next and became quite sceptical about the whole thing. Then I found some like-minded friends and we tried speed-dating, blind-dates, all the things you miss when you're in a couple - then we gave internet dating a go, just for a laugh, I then met and fell in love with someone from miles away - we got engaged 2 months later and 6 months later we have bought a house and are expecting our first baby! As soon as you relax a little and get yourself out there and dating the right one will come along, trust me!

stop being "the nice guy", girls like the "bad boys." Use Colin Ferrel as a role model, he gets more tail than a fleet of tuna boats.
It is really hard to say without being there. Maybe it just the type of girls you are approaching. Maybe they are not the right type to be in a love relationship with. From what you have written it would seem like you have a lot going for you. Maybe they are a little intimidated by the other female friends and think you are a player. I haven't seen how you act around them so it is hard to say.
sounds to me like your a nice guy,your just gonna have to wait it out , till a lucky lady comes along. and you wont know she's coming , but you'll know when she's there.
If you have lots of female friends then ask them for help and advice, they will love being asked and will think you are really lovely for asking them. Say to them, why do you think girls only want to be friends with me and what do you think I need to do to progress to girlfriend. Tell them you want them to be absolutely honest and as they all know you and none of us on here do, you will probably discover a thing or two about yourself.

Be prepared to laugh at yourself, they will be really kind though. This would touch most women to be asked and they will be gentle.

Well I'm pretty sure I'm safe to say that deep love does not happen over night. You need to start on a "let's be friends basis" and it happens from there. Don't rush it cause that only scares them away. Enjoy the journey.
