Where can I look to find a good-paying construction job?

I am looking to work construction in Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, or Germany. I am not looking for any job that requires some sort of specialized skill, just manual labor, or something that I could learn easily on the job. I am also open to possibilties such as waiting tables or working in a hostel/hotel. If anyone has any suggestions of where to go to find such work, let me know!!
