American Massage Therapist looking for job in Ireland?

Anyone from Ireland that could give me some good advice on how to get more information on the subject. Is there a national board or association that governs licensing? What are the best schools? What areas outside of Dublin would I have the most success?

Just in case you are interested here in the Philippines, you are most welcome. Keep me posted.
