There's something wrong with it. It's a mobile phone number, but there's a digit missing.

First stop is Google

do a search on the phone number

keep removing the last number if you get no results, and you'll get businesses in the same area ...

You then know where abouts they're coming from

or maybe try this site
http://msxml.uk.info.com/_1_2S22TWC04HDC...

That looks like an 086 mobile number to me rather than a land line.

Or there's a mistake in the number and its a Dublin 7 code 01 8611518 in which case it should be 35318611518 try that.

It rang but no one answered,well it was worth a try!At least it's a genuine number so might be worth trying later.

I just Googled the number for you in all of its possible permutations and found nothing. Here's what I tried:

++13538611518
++1 = US dial code for international

++3538611518
++353 = the international dial code for Ireland

08611518
I removed the 353 and added an 0 as if I were calling from within Ireland

353(0)8611518
I added the 0 between brackets as some people write numbers like this

It just looks like the real number (0)8611518 is way too short. I doubt you will be able to locate the address with this number alone.
