There are lot of online career sites and various search engines that carry material on opportunities stated by you. I remember recently seeing on www.indiainfo.com for people to be columnist and improve their journalistic skills
There is alink called www.freelanceindia.com. On registering they will however, tell you to pay a fee of 2 /3 thousand rupees, telling you will earn more than that. What I could not understand, if you can earn so much, why you need to pay in advance. They can always deduct them from your earnings. I think all these sites are fraud. So be careful.
